This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions (“Standard,” “Pro,” and “Pro+”) purchased on the AstroCodex platform.
1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
AstroCodex offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscription plans (Standard, Pro, and Pro+). If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of the original charge date — no questions asked.
The Free plan is not charged and is therefore not eligible for a refund.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team within 14 days of the charge:

- Include: your registered email address and the date of the charge.
We aim to process all refund requests within five (5) business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times by your bank or card issuer may vary (typically 5–10 business days).
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
