AstroCodex uses artificial intelligence (“AI”) technologies to deliver core features of the Service, including astrological chart interpretation, personalized consultations, archetype analysis, and interactive AI-powered assistance via the AstroCodex Telegram Bot. This disclosure explains how AI is used, its limitations, and what you should know before relying on AI-generated content.

1. How We Use AI

AI is used in the following ways on the AstroCodex platform:

  • Natal chart interpretation: AI analyzes astrological data (planetary positions, houses, aspects) and generates personalized textual interpretations.
  • Interactive consultations: AI responds to your questions about your astrological chart in a conversational format.
  • Archetype and rating analysis: AI assigns astrological archetypes, ratings, and summaries based on chart data.
  • Transit and predictive analysis: AI interprets current planetary transits in relation to your natal chart.
  • Telegram Bot assistance: AI powers the AstroCodex Telegram Bot, which provides astrological guidance and responses in a messaging interface.

2. AI-Generated Content Is Not Professional Advice

All content generated by AI on AstroCodex is provided strictly for entertainment and educational purposes. It does not constitute and must not be interpreted as:

  • Medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice or diagnosis.
  • Legal advice or legal opinion.
  • Financial, investment, or tax advice.
  • Relationship, counseling, or life coaching guidance.
  • Any other form of professional or expert advice.

Do not make important life decisions — medical, financial, legal, or otherwise — based solely on AI-generated astrological content. Always consult qualified professionals for matters of consequence.

3. Limitations of AI

AI systems, including those used by AstroCodex, have known limitations:

  • Inaccuracy: AI may generate content that is factually incorrect, inconsistent, or not applicable to your specific situation.
  • Hallucination: AI may produce plausible-sounding but fabricated information. No AI-generated output should be treated as ground truth.

  • Variability: AI responses may differ for similar queries at different times.

4. Data Used by AI

To generate astrological interpretations, the AI processes the birth data you provide (date, time, and place of birth), along with calculated astrological data (planetary positions, houses, aspects). This data is sent to AI processing services as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use your personal data to train AI models without your explicit consent.

5. Third-Party AI Providers

AstroCodex integrates third-party AI services to power its features. These providers process data on our behalf under data processing agreements. The specific providers used may change over time; current third-party relationships are described in our Privacy Policy.

6. EU AI Act Notice

For users located in the European Union: the AI systems used in AstroCodex are intended for entertainment and educational purposes and are not used for high-risk AI applications as defined in the EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689). The AI does not make automated decisions that produce legal effects or similarly significant impacts on individuals without human oversight.
